Modern Apprenticeship funding
Our Modern Apprenticeships are supported by funding through Skills Development Scotland. Funding towards each apprenticeship varies depending on sector, level or qualification and age of the apprentice.
Funding based on age is categorised as follows:

25 and over
For apprentices who are disabled and / or care experienced, there is an enhanced funding contribution up to and including age 29.
For candidates aged 16 – 19 and candidates eligible for enhanced funding (up to age 29), Skills Development Scotland will supply full funding and therefore will not require any employer contribution. Further details from SDS can be found on the Apprenticeships.scot website.
